We are working with a small animal practice in Accrington, Lancashire, that is looking for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon on a full-time permanent basis.

This Practice:

This is a busy growing and progressive practice and has ambitions to provide world-class clinical care at the very heart of the community. The surgery is purpose-built to industry-leading standards and has state of the art equipment, as well as being situated in a busy residential area with a good variety of cases. The practice is committed to bringing affordable, high-quality care via a modern, well-equipped practice, including a lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray, and ultrasound.

The Role and Candidate:

This is a full-time permanent role, where you will be working 40 hours per week plus 1 in 4 weekends on a rota basis (with time given back in lieu). There are no out of hour requirements for this role, giving you a great work/life balance. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join their expanding team that consists of 2 Vets, 5 Client Care Advisors, 1 VCA, 4 RVNs, and a Practice Manager. Although the caseload is varied, they have a strong surgical bias so a medical interest would be an advantage.

The Package:

Our client is offering a salary that is commensurate with experience of up to £55,000 per annum. The package also includes a generous CPD allowance, an enhanced pension scheme, and exclusive company discounts and rewards. A certificate can be funded for the right candidate.
