We are working with a state-of-the-art purpose-built clinic in Portsmouth that is looking for a qualified small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full-time permanent basis. They are looking for a vet with a balance of experience in both consults and surgery.

The Practice:

Our client is a high-quality veterinary healthcare provider, offering a full range of affordable small animal veterinary services to clients. They offer a range of clinical services from preventative healthcare through to complex medical, surgical, and orthopaedic procedures. They have superb, spacious, purpose-built surroundings with operating theatres, multiple consulting rooms, digital x-ray, and an up-to-date Idexx in-house laboratory.

You will be supported to develop your skills and will have the opportunity to progress as they are a growing, thriving company with lots of new opportunities.

The Role and Candidate:

This is a full-time permanent role where you will be working 4 days a week with 1 in 3 weekend rota. This is a chance to join a really upbeat and positive team, that are passionate about providing the best diagnostics possible to enable them to deliver on the day treatment.

You will have an excellent balance of both consults and surgery, experience in orthopaedics would be advantageous but not essential. All their nurses are utilised to their full capability which enables you to have time to focus on your role.
