We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly practice in Slough on a full-time basis from the end of February/beginning of March.
The Practice:
This practice is a small animal, independent, family run practice in Slough. They are a very welcoming and close-knit practice hosting a warm and friendly atmosphere. The practice is equipped with ultrasound, X-Ray, and dental care facilities as well as full operating facilities. As they are a single branched practice, they have a very close team who are always prepared to go the extra mile for their clients and fellow employees. The practice has 2 part-time Vets, 1 RVN, 1 Vet Assistant, 1 Trainee Nurse and 1 Receptionist.
The Role:
This is a full-time Veterinary Surgeon position, working 5 days per week between 8:30 am - 7:00 pm (rota TBC), 1:2 Saturday mornings 8:30 am - 1:00 pm with a half day in lieu for working the Saturday. There are no out of hours involved with this position and no sole charge involved at this stage. Sole charge may be included should the candidate have the right experience and be happy to work alone. Day to day duties will include morning and afternoon/evening consults with operations occurring during the day.

The ideal candidate for this practice will be friendly, positive and happy to come out for a Nandos with the team! This role would appeal to a new graduate looking to work for a friendly, supportive practice or an experienced vet looking for longevity and to join a real family style team.
