We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, small animal veterinary practice based in Petersfield Hampshire. Our client is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

The Practice:

Our client is a dedicated small animal practice, that was established over 60 years ago. The surgery is fully equipped with modern surgical operating and diagnostic equipment, including dental, digital x-ray and laboratory facilities, maintained to the highest standards. The company has 3 other branches in the Hampshire area and has 15 veterinary surgeons, who along with 14 nurses and reception staff provide a 24 hour a day service 365 days of the year. 

The Role:

This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week, 08.00 - 18.00/18.30. One late shift of 11.00-20.00. Some sole charge is required with this role. The weekend rota is 3 in 10 partial weekends, but to be confirmed. You will receive time off in lieu for any weekend work. Some branch work is involved with this role. In return, our clients are offering a competitive salary, depending on experience.

The Candidate:

This position will suit an experienced veterinary surgeon with at least 3-4 years experience. Our Client is currently seeking a confident, friendly vet who is a good all-rounder team player, and have excellent communication and surgical skills.
