We are working with a small group of practices that are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their small animal practice in Brighouse, West Yorkshire. This is a full-time permanent vacancy that would suit a patient-focussed vet who is comfortable offering gold standard care at all times.
The Practice:
Our client has 13 practices, which include a Tier 3 Veterinary Hospital, and their ethos is clinical excellence and putting client/patient care at the heart of everything they do. There is lots of potential here for a keen vet to come in and grow the practice, putting their own stamp on it and seeing it flourish under their care.
This practice is a fully operational site equipped with 2 consult rooms, theatre, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, and capnography so they can provide an excellent level of patient care with the support of 24/7 out-of-hours Hospital in Dewsbury and the specialists at Paragon Veterinary Referrals.
They are a hard-working team that enjoys being sociable together and they have regular events that you can choose to participate in.
The Role and Candidate:
This is a permanent full-time position, with the exact working pattern to be discussed at the interview. They also believe in work/life balance and they firmly believe everyone should have a lunch break and everyone should expect to leave on time.
Our client is looking for a patient-focussed vet who is comfortable offering gold standard care at all times. A candidate with 2 years or more experience would be ideal.
You will have excellent communication and client care skills, with a patient-focused approach and an ability to recommend what you genuinely feel is best for each patient. You will also have the willingness to learn, adapt, grow and discuss cases with colleagues in a collaborative atmosphere.
