Practice Type: Part of a group - that is made up of a hospital and two branch practices

Services: They offer premium veterinary services to the South Kent region whilst taking referrals from other larger group practices in the local area. Theirr branch practices are well equipped for the day-to-day cases that present but also some of the more challenging cases. 

Team Info: Their group is made up of up to 12 full-time Vets and 24 Nurses (18 RVNs, 4 SVNs, and 2 kennel assistants). their hospital is staffed with Veterinary Surgeons and RVNs studying certificates in ECC, Anaesthesia, Medicine, Surgery, and Diagnostic Imaging. All their practices work hard to strive for excellence but in a relaxed and friendly environment. Many of their staff have been in place for years and are passionate about providing excellent customer and patient care. They have a supportive and encouraging ethos embedded into their culture. 

Role: They are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their practice team, providing Veterinary consults and operating capacity between their Tier 3 RCVS accredited hospital in Ashford and two well-equipped practices branch practices.

Hours: The role is full-time, 4 days a week with a share of Saturday mornings between their two branch sites on a 1:3 rota.

Applicant Requirements: They are looking for Veterinary Surgeons with post-graduate clinical experience. Additional post-graduate qualifications would be beneficial but not a pre-requisite. If you have an interest in developing your skillset, this can be well supported given the group's large clinical caseload.

Salary: The salary for the role is up to £42,000 per annum depending on experience.
