Here you can not only progress in the regular clinical areas but also
- Rapidly grow your confidence to deal with any kind of emergency
- Acquire excellent client communication skills
- Learn advanced techniques
- Pick up practical tips and tricks from 15+ years of experience
- Enjoy the benefits of joint surgical sessions, where you would have a helping hand with procedures with which you have limited experience (e.g. BOAS, liver lobectomy, cholecystectomy, TECA, salivary gland removal, urethrostomy)
- Development on this level will not only help you to grow as a professional but mastering how to deal with clients and manage cases efficiently and effectively will also help minimising the impact of day-to-day practice on your mental well-being.
