Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Borough of Spelthorne, Surrey

Practice Type: Part of group - that is a vibrant community of veterinary practices across the UK.

Services/Facilities: Their clinics have excellent levels of equipment, including digital x-ray processors, direct digital dental equipment, endoscopes, laparoscopes, colourflow Doppler ultrasound, k-laser, orthopaedic equipment, and excellent in-house laboratory equipment. This will allow you every opportunity to work up and treat cases to your full potential. Working within a supportive team allows the opportunity to share knowledge and further develop your skills

Team: They have 12 Vets, 9 RVNs, 3 SVNs, 4 PCAs, and 8 CCAs across their 3 clinics in SW London and Surrey.

Role: They are looking for an enthusiastic vet to join their amazing team. Being a team player with a good sense of humour is essential!

Hours: Full-time 4 day week (Early shift: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm / Late shift: 10:00 am – 7:30 pm) Weekends: 1 in 3 Saturday shifts and 1 in 9 Sunday shifts.

Skills/Exp:

  • Applicants must have experience in working within a Small Animal Veterinary Practice and be able to focus on maintaining high levels of both patient and client care.
  • You will be self-motivated with a positive attitude and have a warm and compassionate approach to patients, clients, and the team. 
  • The role involves an element of people management and applicants should be able to work well within a team and demonstrate leadership skills.

Salary: Up to £45,000 p/a (DOE)
