Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Cumbria

Our client looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to further expand their team of dedicated vets and help increase the services they offer to clients.

Role: Permanent Veterinary Surgeon

Type: Small Animal

Location: Cumbria - circa 15 minutes from Whitehaven

Practice: Part of a group

Team: They currently have 7 FTE Vets, and 6 FTE RVNs with a team of SVNs and ACA. A wonderful support team, including 2 PMs, a fabulous housekeeper, and a Reception team. A new Clinical Director has joined the young vibrant team and is wanting to progress and take the practice forward

Facilities: They are comprehensively equipped with digital radiography, scans scopes bp monitoring & full idexx laboratory to mention but a few! 

Hours: This is a full-time permanent role, working 40 hours a week, over 4-5 days. There is a requirement to work 1 in every 4 weekends with bank holidays being shared between the veterinary team.

Sole Charge: TBC

Applicant Requirements: Our clients are looking for an enthusiastic, caring veterinary surgeon with excellent communication skills. All applicants will be considered from a vet surgeon with many years of experience to a newly qualified vet who freshly graduated from university. Further study, including certificates, is encouraged and funded. A full UK driving licence is required.

Salary: They are offering a salary of up to £63,000 p/a DOE
