An opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, two-site small animal practice in Derby, working primarily at the one branch but with some shifts in the second branch, 8 miles apart.
About the Practice
This community-focused practice is committed to delivering a high standard of first-opinion care. The team consists of 8 experienced vets, supported by dedicated RVNs, SVNs, ACAs, and front-of-house staff. The practice includes a surgery certificate holder, as well as vets currently pursuing certificates in medicine and dentistry.
The Role
- This full-time position involves working 40 hours over a four-day week
- With weekend shifts on a 1 in 4 Saturday morning rotation (9:00-13:00).
- Saturday mornings are not sole charge, as two vets work together.
- The practice is open to part-time applications, offering flexibility for the right candidate.
