Permanent Veterinary Surgeon, Evesham, Worcestershire

We are working with a friendly small animal practice in Evesham, Worcestershire, that is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a permanent basis. If you are an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon looking to join a warm and friendly team then we would love to hear from you! This is a full-time permanent role that would suit an experienced Vet.

The Practice:

You will be working from a well-equipped surgery with an excellent range of diagnostic facilities. The practice includes three consult rooms, one operating theatre, a diagnostic suite (with digital X-ray and ultrasound), and comprehensive Idexx In-house laboratory equipment. They also have a separate dog ward, cat ward, and isolation ward. You will be joining a passionate and experienced team of 2 Vets, 1 Head RVN, 2 further RVNs, and 3 Client care Advisors, who all strive towards delivering gold standard care to their clients and patients.

The Role and Candidate:

Our clients' ideal new team member will be a proactive Veterinary Surgeon with solid medical and surgical skills. Experience in most abdominal surgeries would be advantageous, but not essential. Key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the role, including delivering excellent patient and client care. 

Communication and teamwork are really important to them, and you should want to help them maintain the great reputation they have built within the local community. No two days are the same here, and you should enjoy plenty of variety within your role and have a genuine passion for animal welfare.

This is a permanent full-time role where you will be working 40 hours per week, which includes weekends on a 1 in 3 rota basis and no OOHs.
