Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Huddersfield
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a dedicated, independent, small animal practice based within 30 mins commute of Huddersfield that is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
The Practice:
Our client is a friendly, caring independent first opinion practice providing a high standard of veterinary care to small animals and horses in the West Yorkshire area. The practice is an approved Veterinary Nurse training centre and an approved member of the Royal College Practice Standards Scheme. The practice believes in focusing upon the prevention of disease as much as its treatment and understands the crucial role that you can play in prolonging the animal's life. The team is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care in a professional and friendly approach. The expert team of vets, nurses, and support staff is always on hand to offer an excellent service. The practice provides a full range of services and their veterinary care is underpinned using a full range of modern treatments.
The Role and Candidate:
Our client is looking for a full-time permanent Veterinary Surgeon to working Monday - Friday 09:00-18:30 with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings. There are no out of hour requirements with this role, supporting a good work/life balance.
You will be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of two years of in-practice experience. You will be a capable vet that has the ability to see cases through from beginning to end (with support if required).

- Salary commensurate with experience.
