Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Lincolnshire

We are currently working on behalf of an independent, well-established Vet practice in East Lincolnshire, that is looking for a Vet to join their team on a permanent basis. 

The Practice: 

This is a long-established practice based in East Lincolnshire and has been treating animals for over 100 years. They provide veterinary services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring their clients always have a Vet to speak to whenever they need them. From their friendly and welcoming reception staff to their experienced Veterinary surgeons, the team is happy to offer advice and assist in any way they can. The practice understands how important pets are to their clients and therefore strive to treat animals as they would treat their own. Onsite facilities include an in-house lab, digital X-ray, ultrasonography, endoscope, and dentistry.

The Role and Candidate: 

This is a full-time position and is to be part of a friendly team of 5 Vets, 6 Vet Nurses, and 1 ANA. The role is to work 37.5 hours per week over 4.5 days, plus 1 night on call and 1:5 weekends. The 1:5 weekend on-call includes Saturday morning consults, 9.30-12.30 then on call until Monday morning. Following this, you would receive 2 days off in lieu. The practice work to 15-minute consults. The role is to join a very supportive practice that is happy to mentor a new graduate, or are happy to work alongside an experienced Vet.
