Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Market Harborough

We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon on a full-time basis to start at a friendly practice in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

The Practice:

You will be based in a purpose-built practice with state-of-the-art equipment including an in-house laboratory and digital X-ray. The practice offers free onsite parking, is based just a 10-minute walk from the train station, and is close to major transport routes including the A14 and M1. Market Harborough also offers easy access to various airports including Birmingham, East Midlands, Luton, and Stansted. You will have the opportunity to see a mixed client base, including a high proportion of dog lovers, and work up your own cases. The team holds a variety of individual interests and regular CPD is encouraged and supported for all colleagues. Our client strives to deliver gold standard care at all times and you will be proactive in helping deliver this.

The Role:

This is a full-time role and will include weekends on a rota basis, but no OOH’s and minimal sole charge. You will be an enthusiastic and confident veterinary surgeon who enjoys both surgical and medical cases. You should want to be part of the team and have excellent communication skills, as the team takes great pride in the strong relationships they have built with their clients and each other.
