Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Medway, Kent

Are you looking to join a well-supported practice with the ability to work cases up to a high standard? Would you like to work in the beautiful county of Kent, only a 40-minute train journey from London?

Type: Small Animal

Location: Medway, Kent

Practice: Since starting the business, it has continually grown and is now a group of four small animal practices, all based in Medway Towns.

Team: Each practice has a full team of qualified nurses and experienced receptionists to ensure the smooth running of the branch. They currently employ over 50 staff members across the group, some of whom have worked with them since the beginning.

Facilities: Each branch has in-house laboratories, digital x-ray, digital dental x-rays to come, surgical theatre, ultrasound facilities, and more.

Role: They are looking for a caring and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join their expanding vet team.

Skills/Exp: The ideal candidate must have a friendly approach, great communication skills, and the ability to work up cases to a high standard.

Hours:

  • Full-time role (part-time applications considered)
  • 40 hours per week
  • Saturday only rota with time off in lieu – 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-12.30 pm
  • No Out of Hours (OOH)

Salary: Competitive, of up to £55,000 p/a (DOE)
