Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Newark

Our client looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to further expand their team of dedicated vets and help increase the services they offer to clients.

Role: Permanent Veterinary Surgeon

Type: Small Animal

Location: Newark, Nottinghamshire

Practice: Small Animal

Team: They are a small but friendly team, their offer a supportive experienced team that will always be on hand to help. Case continuity is highly encouraged, as is continuous professional development. They provide a supportive and friendly environment where the members of staff are highly appreciated and respected. They have loyal and friendly clients that have been with them for a long time.

Facilities: 

  • Well equipped practice
  • Digital x-ray machine
  • Ultrasound machine
  • Idexx lab facilities

Hours:

  • Full-time working 40hrs per week
  • Part-time hours will be considered
  • No OOH

Sole Charge: Yes

Branch Work: No

Applicant Requirements: They are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who ideally has some post-graduate experience. You will need to have the ability to make decisions, have good interpersonal skills, and compassionate nature. There will be some occasions when sole charge will be required but they have a supportive, experienced team that will always be on hand to help.

Salary: They are offering a salary of up to £75,000 p/a DOE plus a £10,000 golden handshake bonus
