Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Newark

We are working with an established small animal veterinary practice in the Newark area of Nottinghamshire that is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with good experience gained in small animal practice. This is a permanent full-time role that would suit a confident and friendly Veterinary Surgeon, part-time applications would also be considered.

The Practice:

This is a spacious practice in the Newark area with good links to the A46. They have a full range of veterinary services and facilities, including a garden and cat-friendly areas. They offer exceptional client and patient care, and their facilities include digital radiography, endoscopy, and much more. As well as in-house services you’ll also get access to all the services available across the group, which include MRI and CT

The Role and Candidate

This is a full-time role working 39 hours per week over four days, part-time will also be considered. As a qualified MRCVS, you’ll already have good experience gained in small animal practice. You’ll be competent in clinical examination and surgery and confident working in sole charge or as part of the wider team. You will also display good communication skills and the desire to share your knowledge and skills by being an outstanding, positive example to others.

Confidence working sole charge is essential in this role.
