Facilities: They are a well-equipped small friendly practice that loves learning and teaching, established for 62 years on the current site they are part of the community. Large numbers of clients have been registered with them for many years and these long-term relationships are key to their success and always remain important to them.
Team: You will be joining the supportive team of experienced Vets, RVNs, and supporting team members. Sharing all their knowledge is something they love to do, and your opinion and input matter to them. They live and breathe by the unique team approach, and they thrive with that ethos. Overall, they are looking for someone who takes joy in coming to work and offering excellent patient care, utilising fear-free techniques.
Role: The role will involve a nice mix of consulting and surgery and they pride themselves on providing excellent service to the clients and their pets and taking care of a varied caseload. They are keen for all the Vets to work up cases as thoroughly as possible allowing you clinical freedom and autonomy.
Hours: Typically, this is a full-time position working 38 hours over four days with 1in4 Saturdays and no OOH. However, they know that everyone has demands and priorities outside of their career and they want to make it easy for you to strike the right balance. They would welcome both full or part-time applicants and are happy to be flexible and work together to find a rota that would work for you.
Salary: up to £75,000 DOE plus up to £5,000 Relocation Allowance
