Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Nottingham

Facilities/Services: This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a busy first-opinion small animal and exotic practice, with the benefit of having an advanced practitioner in both surgery and zoological medicine in-house! An interest in internal medicine and also exotics would be beneficial, although surgical interests would also be supported and developed.

Team Info: You will be working alongside a certificate holder in small animal surgery and exotic animal practice and an enthusiastic nursing team

The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic small animal Vet to come join our client's friendly team.

They are currently looking for a third Vet to help at their busy small animal practice, with an ever-expanding exotic caseload. So, if you are looking for a role with a varied caseload, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Future partnership prospects potentially available for the right candidate

Hours:

  • Flexible on working hours (Will consider full and part-time applications) 
  • No out-of-hours
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays on rota basis (hours 9am – 4pm) and time off in lieu

Duties:

  • Their practice team is committed to providing a gold standard and client care, constantly going above and beyond.
  • The ideal candidate will be looking to work in a patient-focused practice, so excellent communication skills and dedication to your work are a must.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in small animals and be confident in all aspects of routine surgery and consults.

Salary: Competitive Salary of between £40,000 - £80,000 p/a dependent on experience
