Permanent Veterinary Surgeon/Clinical Director - Hove, East Sussex

Facilities: The practice is based inside a busy practice giving the team great exposure to new and varied clients. The location of the practice also benefits from being just a short distance from Brighton and within easy reach of direct train lines into central London.  The team sees a real mix of clients and the majority of their clients are insured allowing cases to be worked up to a high standard. The bright, spacious, air-conditioned surgery is purpose-built to industry-leading standards and has state-of-the-art equipment.

Team: By joining a supportive team you will be part of a team of 2 vets, 3 nurses, and 4 receptionists. The whole team is dedicated to providing a superb standard of client and animal care.

Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen in their established 100% small animal practice based in Hove. They are seeking an ambitious veterinary surgeon to continue the high-quality service that Hove Companion Care is known for within a Clinical Director position, and a Veterinary Surgeon to support them.

Hours: They are open to full or part-time candidates and the rota will include 1 in 3 weekends, with time off in lieu during the week. There is no OOH.  

Applicant Requirements: This role would suit an experienced vet who has great communication skills and is looking to work with a positive and passionate team. You will need to be confident with all routine surgical and medical cases.  This role plays a key part within a small, friendly team so the ideal candidate will need to be adaptable, flexible, and a good team player.

Salary: Competitive salary of between £40,000-£65,000 p/a (DOE)
