We are working with a charity practice in Liverpool that is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join them on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be joining our client as their Team Leader to support the Senior Veterinary Surgeon (SVS), through the leadership of the Veterinary Surgeon team, to deliver efficient, professional, and caring Pet services to the local community.

The Role and Candidate:

This is a full-time permanent role where you will be working 37.5 hours per week, full details will be discussed in the interview.

Our client is looking to recruit a Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader to support the Senior Veterinary Surgeon (SVS), through the leadership of the Veterinary Surgeon team, to deliver efficient, professional, and caring Pet services to the local community. You will be responsible for all aspects of team management including recruitment, selection, and development, delivery of projects, and delegation of tasks as determined by the SVS. Your time will be split between management/ admin tasks and time on the clinical rota.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in customer service and teamwork, combined with extensive clinical knowledge in small animal practice.

The Remuneration Package:

In return, our client is offering a package worth between £48,213 - £49,565 p/a (DOE) - including allowances that include:
