Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Wakefield

This is a fantastic role for an experienced Senior Veterinary Surgeon or Veterinary Surgeon looking to take the next step in their career, or for an experienced Senior Vet Surgeon looking for a rewarding position that can offer great rapport with clients, case continuity, and the chance to work more independently but still be part of a larger group and network.

Facilities: They are proud to offer their own 24-hour onsite emergency care through a dedicated ECC night team. As well as a full range of primary care services, they also provide laparoscopy, endoscopy, soft tissue, and rehabilitation services including physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, and laser therapy

Role: As a Senior Vet Surgeon, your role will include, building solid relationships with clients and performing high-quality medicine and surgery, working closely with the Lead Vets and Senior Leadership Team to help drive the clinics forward, line management of the vet team (approx. 2-4 vets), ensuring they are delivering a quality service, and more.

Hours: 3.5 days per week with shifts of 08.00-20.00 (x2) 08.00-18.00 (x1) and 08.00-13.00 (x1)

Weekends/OOHs: 1 in 4 weekends 08.00-18.00

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience

CPD: £2,000 CPD allowance

Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays and Birthday day off
