- The practice is purpose-built with 3 consult rooms, a dedicated theatre, an in-house lab, a digital X-ray, and ultrasound.
- In essence, they have all that you need to deliver a high standard of care to all of your patients.
- They see an above-average number of rabbits and exotic animals, and a reasonable proportion of their clients are insured allowing them to work up cases to a high standard.
- You’ll be joining a supportive team led by the Practice Partner Lead Vet and Practice Manager, as well as experienced RVNs, Veterinary Care Assistants, and Client Care Advisors.
Role: Our client is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and established team
Hours:
- This position is for a full-time vet, but they’re flexible, being able to set up for the right candidate a more flexible or even part-time position.
- The full-time rota is in a 4-day week pattern which will give you a weekday off.
- There will also be a Saturday rota but no out-of-hours cover is required.
- They are very open to discussing the rota and possible flexible hours to fit your lifestyle.
Skills/Exp:
- They’re looking for a veterinary surgeon confident with all routine medical and surgical cases, and ideally someone able to support a new graduate.
- They offer a generous CPD allowance, and they’re open to talking about funding a certificate to help you achieve your career goals.
The Salary: They are offering a competitive salary of between £50,000-£60,000 p/a - reflective of skills and experience.
