Our client is excited to announce a unique opportunity for experienced and compassionate Registered Veterinary Nurses to join their newly established out-of-hours team. As part of their commitment to providing the highest levels of care, they are launching a 24-hour service at their independent RCVS-accredited Swindon hospital.

About the Role:

Working Hours:

  • The hours to be covered are 6:00 pm to 8:30 am, working five shifts on with ten shifts off.
  • This averages to a working week of 31.5 hours.
  • Holiday pay is included within the salary, which allows for time off to be taken during your time away from the practice.

  • They offer unlimited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) where there is a relevant business need, encourage nurse development, and have regular in-house meetings to spread knowledge throughout the team.

Support Structure:

  • Each nurse is assigned a lead nurse as a mentor, and they have 1:1 sessions each month.
