An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, independent practice in Swindon, Wiltshire. The practice is launching a comprehensive 24-hour service, and the successful candidate will be at the forefront of this exciting development. They looking for this service to begin in September 2025.

The Role:

  • The position offers a real ECC caseload with the facilities to work up cases, including CT, where appropriate.
  • You will be part of a buzzing hospital team with a diverse caseload, high-quality facilities, and the chance to work alongside certificate holders in a multidisciplinary hospital.
  • A well-qualified and highly experienced team will support the care you deem necessary, and all patients will stay on-site, with care transferred to the day team during morning rounds.
  • The role requires excellent communication skills and client care, with a passion for the highest quality clinical standards and service.
  • Given the opportunity to start from scratch, they are willing to consider a number of rota patterns, and this is a great opportunity for anyone looking for flexibility. Night vet hours are 18:00-08:30.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in small animal practice.
  • Excellent communication skills and client care.
  • A passion for the highest quality clinical standards and service.

The Package:
