We are recruiting on behalf of an independent practice situated in South Wiltshire who is looking for a permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered veterinary nurse to join a busy RCVS Tier 2 Accredited Small Animal practice who is also a feline friendly practice. The practice has a large reception area and waiting room, consulting rooms, state-of-the-art operating suite, hospitalisation facilities including walk in kennels for larger dogs and a separate area for rabbits and other small pets. They are a friendly and professional team consisting of 3.5 vets and 6 nurses who have high standards.
An ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, motivated and caring registered veterinary nurse who will maintain the practice's high standards and share their ethos. Experience in training new staff, rotas, appraisal and creating SOP's, ordering new equipment and managing the day to day running of the nurse team would be advantageous.
Working hours are 40hrs per week, shifts on a rota basis: 07:30 - 15:30 or 10:30 - 18:30.
1:4 Saturday mornings. No on call or OOHs.

To qualify for this position you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
