We are currently working with a charming cat-friendly, independent RCVS accredited practice based in the heart of the community in Guildford, Surrey. Our client is looking for Registered Veterinary Nurse to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
The Practice:
In the changing world of veterinary care corporate dominance, this clinic provides a unique service tailored to each client and patient as an individual, thereby ensuring the highest standard of veterinary care in a professional and friendly environment. Their team of outstanding professionals shares a commitment to providing the highest quality of care for their patients. They have highly specialist equipment on site, which allows them to provide an accurate and fast diagnosis. They also offer puppy socialisation classes, nurse clinics, preventive treatments and home visits.
The Role:
This is a permanent full-time position working with a team of 3 vets, 2 nurses and 2 receptionists on a varied rota.
The weekday rota consists of Monday to Friday working either 8.00-16.00, 9.00 -17.00, 10.00-18.00 or 11.00-19.00. The weekend rota is 1:4 Saturday mornings only 8.00-12 noon.
There are no out of hours or on call requirements, however, the post sometimes includes some sole charge and working on reception.
The Candidate:
The candidate will be a forward thinking fully qualified RVN who is able to reflect the work ethos and beliefs of the practice. You will be empathetic, hard working with the ability to communicate well at all levels with clients and colleagues. This is a lovely opportunity for an enterprising nurse.
