We are working with a client based in Worcester that is looking to recruit a full-time small animal veterinary surgeon to join their practice on a permanent basis.
The Client:
Our client specialises in family pets and small animals. Along with dogs and cats, they care for rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs as well as rats, mice, and ferrets. They are an accredited Cat-Friendly Clinic awarded by the I Cat Care (ICC) with the International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM). They are a first opinion and referral practice which is highly equipped including a CT scanner. The practice boasts, CT Scanning, Cardiology, Hydrotherapy, McTimoney Manipulation, Ophthalmology, and Dermatology.
The Role
Our client is looking for a permanent full-time small animal Veterinary Surgeon, with a minimum of 2-year post graduate with ideally a medicine biases. You will be working within a 5 vet team which is supported by 10 nurses and a dedicated client care team.
The hours are Monday-Friday 08:00- 19:00 with no out of hours (covered by Vets Now) and 1 in 4 weekends.
In return they are offering CPD allowance, relocation allowance, pension scheme and generous salary is on offer.
The Candidate:
Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred, with a hunger for development and a passion for patient care is paramount.
To qualify for this position you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
