We are working with a client based in the Pontefract area of West Yorkshire that is looking for a full-time small animal Veterinary Surgeon. They are open to applications from all levels experience including new grads.
The Practice:
You will be joining a team of 6 vets, 6 RVN’s and 12 support staff in this small and friendly, family run, independent practice in West Yorkshire. This is a lovely first opinion practice that really values its staff and clients. Equipment includes digital radiography, a modern ultrasound machine, in-house blood machine and the best coffee machine ever!
The Role:
Our client is looking for a full-time veterinary surgeon working 40 hours a week, 10 hours a day over 4 days. Part-time hours would be considered for the right candidate.
There is an equal share of Saturday surgeries required.
Our client cares for their own inpatients with the support of 2 Night RVN’s. The Vets team rotate to be ‘on duty’ for inpatient care. This is a home-based
with telephone assistance to the RVN team. Very rarely do you need to come back to practice to administer any treatment.
