We are currently recruiting on behalf of a busy practice based on the Leicestershire/Lincolnshire border. They are looking for a veterinary surgeon to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Company:
The practice is a privately owned independent practice which has been established since the 1970s. Over the years they have become a very busy trusted practice who now have 2 branches in the area. Both of their branches are fully equipped with modern surgical and diagnostic equipment, and due to expansion, you would be joining either of the two branches.
The practice currently has 4 Vets, 4 Nurses, and an excellent support team.
The Role:
This is a full-time permanent position working 38 hours a week. There are 3 full days, 1 early finish and 1 half day per week.
There are no OOH required and the weekends are on a rota basis of 1:4 and consist of a Saturdays morning only 8:30-12, then 3-6pm. When a Saturday is worked a day off in lieu is given the following week.
Shifts are split between two practices about 30 minutes apart.
There is very little sole charge involved.
The Candidate:
You will have exceptional customer care skills, enjoy case continuity and constantly strive to learn new skills.
You will be awarded a competitive salary of £30,000 - £50,000 per annum dependent on your experience, plus generous CPD allowance.
