We are currently working with an independent “family-doctor” type of practice who are looking for enthusiastic, Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. Our client is based in Harrow, North West London and they are looking to take on a new vet.
The Practice:
Our client is an RCVS accredited practice and has been established for over 60 years. They pride themselves on their patient care and listening to their clients rather than aiming to achieve sales targets. They have large spacious consulting rooms and equally spacious working areas. The practice consists of two branches set in a pleasant cosmopolitan area of North London with easy access to the West End, major motorways, and the countryside.
The Role:
This is a permanent full-time Veterinary Surgeon role working across two branches. The role is a maximum of 40 hours per week, weekday hours are between 8 am and 7 pm with Saturdays on a 2:3 rota working either 8 am - 12 pm or 9 am - 10.30 am. There is no out of hours requirement for these positions.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will work well as a team as well as independently and will be able to communicate effectively and confidently in all types of situations with clients and the team. They will be enthusiastic, honest and go the extra mile. Ideally someone with experience who can work some periods of sole charge.
They are looking to recruit a veterinary surgeon, this can be a new grad and a vet with some experience.
