We are currently recruiting on behalf of a busy veterinary practice situated in North London. The practice requires a permanent Small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly team as soon as possible.
The Practice:
Our client is an independent, first-opinion general small animal veterinary surgery located in North Chingford, London, open every day of the week, providing a year-round 24 service. They believe in establishing long-term relationships with their clients and their pets rather than just treating emergencies. They look after all family pets, from dogs and cats to rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs, along with chickens, tortoises as well as some unusual exotic pets. They have excellent modern facilities, LED white-light
air-conditioned rooms, Digital X-ray, ultrasonography, endoscopy, ECG, in-house laboratories, Dental, etc.
The Role:
The position is full- time 40hours per week, working 1:3 weekends Saturdays 9 am – 1 pm and Sunday 10 am – 12 pm with the remainder of the weekend on call. 1 night per week on call. The rota is shared between 3 vets, who take a fair share of the different shift patterns.

The ideal candidate would be an excellent communicator, get on with people and be a forward thinker.
In return, this supportive practice would offer a competitive salary dependant on experience. CPD is encouraged, and RCVS fees paid.
