We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join an independent small animal veterinary practice situated in Banbury, Oxfordshire on a permanent basis.

•          Full-Time position
•          1 night per week on call
•          1 in 5 weekends on call
•          Competitive salary - to be discussed at interview, market rate and competitive

The Client:
The practice has recently been refurbished and has a large range of modern diagnostic and surgical equipment including, digital X-Ray, Ultrasound, Endoscopy, in-house laboratory and key hold surgery equipment. The team consists of 5 vets who have combined experience of over forty years and 7 experienced veterinary nurses. 

The Role:
They are looking for an enthusiastic veterinary surgeon to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Working hours 4 days per week 2 days 8am-5pm and 2 days split shifts morning, break in the afternoon then 5pm-8pm.

1 nights per week on call, when on call you work a late shift until 8 pm then on call. Weekends are on a 1 in 5 rota basis, Saturday 9am-4pm then on call until Monday morning. 

Our client is ideally looking for an ambitious veterinary surgeon who is able to hit the ground running.  In return our client is able to offer a competitive salary, to be discussed at interview.

To qualify for this position you must be fully registered with the RCVS and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
