We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a practice in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
The Practice:
This practice has a bright, spacious, air-conditioned surgery that is purpose-built to industry-leading standards and has state of the art equipment including - in-house labs, digital x-ray with dental x-ray, anaesthetic multi-parameter monitor units, separate hospital wards for Cats and Dogs. They provide world-class clinical care at the very heart of their community and they need great people to join their team to help them realise this vision.
The Head Vet/Partner of the practice has over 20 years experience and a strong interest in orthopaedics and cardiology. The practice itself has an excellent stable team of vets and nurses, a supportive work environment and the practice ethos is putting the patient first. This busy practice is surrounded by beautiful countryside and only a 5-minute drive from the M3.
The Role:
This is a part-time position, working weekends at our clients practice on a permanent basis. This can be on a 1 in 2 rota or every weekend may be available if you prefer.

The Candidate:
The successful applicant will enjoy consulting and have great client communication skills and excellent time-management to cope with a busy weekend schedule. Competence in all routine surgery and some emergency surgery is a prerequisite.
