An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join a dedicated team in a friendly, RCVS-accredited small animal practice in Thornton Heath, Greater London. This well-established practice is a key part of the local community, offering exceptional clinical care with a holistic, client-focused approach.

The Role:

  • The practice is looking for an enthusiastic and committed RVN who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.
  • This position offers a wide variety of clinical responsibilities, encouraging nurses to utilise their full skill set.
  • The role is open to all levels of experience, from newly qualified RVNs to experienced Head Veterinary Nurses. The team also supports clinical coaching, though this is not a requirement.

Hours:

  • 40 hours per week (part-time considered).
  • Shifts are between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm.
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30 am – 1:00 pm).
  • No out-of-hours (OOH) work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering gold-standard nursing care to patients.
  • Supporting surgical and in-patient care.
  • Expanding and developing nurse-led clinics.
  • Engaging in community outreach and client education.
  • Collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.

Salary: They are offering a competitive salary of between £28,000 and £35,000 per annum (pro-rata, depending on experience).
