An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a rapidly growing, independent, family-owned practice in Stoke-on-Trent. This brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic is opening soon, led by an experienced Clinic Director, and is dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable pet care with a Fear Free-centred approach.

The Role:

  • Full-time, 4-day workweek (8:45 AM – 7:00 PM).
  • 1:2 Saturday mornings (8:30 AM – 1:00 PM), with frequency adjusting as the clinic grows.
  • No out-of-hours commitments, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
  • Days include a mix of consulting and theatre time, with dedicated admin time factored in.
  • 15-minute consultations to ensure quality care.

The Team & Growth:

  • Initially working alongside one other Vet, two RVNs, and two Care Coordinators, with plans for team expansion.
