They believe a stick in a bundle cannot be broken. They work together, using each other’s strengths, to bring the best outcomes for patients.

Growing the team skills: Currently, they have Veterinary Certificate holders in Surgery, and Medicine, with others looking to finish theirs in Ophthalmology, Cardiology, ECC, and Surgery. They also have a graduate entry scheme to give new graduates a more structured and supportive start to their Veterinary career, as we know this can be a difficult, challenging time.
Facilities: Today our client is an RCVS Level 3, and ISFM ‘Gold Standard’ Hospital, full of fun exciting toys (DR X-Ray, CT, Cardiology level ultrasound, Dental suite with dental X-Ray, and an array of scopes) that is open 24/7, with a Nurse and Vet on-site at all times. They have a second practice nearby and all team members spend time at both practices to ensure good team morale and a sense of cohesion. They are a single team working over two locations. No separation, no competition. They have a beautifully light and airy prep room, theatre suite, dental suite, lab, CR X-Ray, and separate Dog and Cat wards.
Role: Put simply, someone who wants to give their patients and clients, the best care possible.
