Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Gloucester

Location: Gloucester - Three practices around Gloucestershire

Facilities: They have an extensive range of surgical and diagnostic equipment available, with expertise on hand when needed. You will be supported by a medicine certificate holder and a highly experienced nursing team and have access to the wider Group team of referral specialists for further support and CPD. Certificate/further studies are encouraged and supported.

  • Full-time and part-time applications considered
  • 4-day work wording 9-7 (appointment scheduled until 18:30)
  • Weekends maximum of 1 in 4
  • Saturdays 9:00-2:30
  • Sunday 10:00-14:00
  • No nights, no out of hours (OOH)
  • Scheduled lunch hour, tea breaks, and admin time

Duties: They also encourage a great work-life balance with flexible working hours, scheduled tea and lunch breaks and there is always time set aside for admin each day. Dogs can often come to work and they have some lovely parks within walking distance of two of the branches. 

Salary: Generous salary of £42,000-£60,000 (dependent on experience)
