Practice: Independent practice - Fully electronic practice and machinery (Digital Xray & U/S & In-house bloods etc).
- They're an independently owned first opinion practice; 100% Small animal with two large branches.
- They're 1hr on the train from London. Beach an hour to the East. East Midlands Airport is an hour away if wanted to travel internationally.
Role: Permanent Veterinary Surgeon
Duties: Very relaxed, balanced working day and fun lively team, with most days a decent lunch break
Working Hours: Part or Full time with a good balance of early and late finishes
Weekends: 1 in 5/6
OOH: None (however you can take the phone and earn 30% commission on any work performed OOH).
Sole Charge: Few hours a week
Skills/Exp:
- The role is open to vets of all levels of experience from New Graduates to Senior Experienced Veterinary Surgeons - They also have a Clinical Lead position available if you are interested in taking the next step in your career.
- Excellent communication, high clinical standards,
- Huge support from their existing team of experienced vets and nurses.
Branchwork: Two large practices, some work between on occasions for holiday cover
Computer System: Teleos
Consults: 15-minute consultations, longer for complex matters
Accommodation: Yes on-site self-contained one-bedroom flat with full amenities (A bright, tidy self-contained one-bedroom flat with king-size bed, shower/bath, etc, fully furnished with TV and internet, etc.)
Vehicle: Provided if required, or allowance paid
Salary: Competitive salary of between £35,000 - £72,000 p/a depending on experience
