The Role:
The practice is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with clinical experience in medical, diagnostic, and surgical work.
Full-time, 4-day week plus share of Saturday mornings
A certificate in dermatology is desirable, but not essential.
The successful candidate will be a clear, honest communicator who leads by example, setting high standards of care.
The role involves line-managing vet colleagues, conducting regular PDRs and 1:1s.
A supportive and proactive approach to team development is key, along with a passion for continually improving the care provided to clients and their pets.
