​An esteemed practice in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, family-run, non-corporate practice that offers a supportive team and a dynamic environment. The role is ideal for a vet who is keen to develop surgical and clinical skills and enjoys variety in their work.

Key Role Information:

  • Full-time

  • Alternate 4- and 5-day workweeks.

  • No night emergencies.

  • Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon, Wed, Fri), 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Tues, Thurs).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of recent UK experience in small animal practice.

  • Enthusiasm to develop both surgical and clinical expertise.
