Food Standards Agency Scotland is looking for Meat Hygiene Inspectors and OVs to work on a Locum Basis at various locations in Scotland

  • To apply you must have:
    • Meat Hygiene Qualifications recognised in the UK.
    • Be registered with the RCVS.
    • OV ( Red/White/Game)  
  • Pay Rate: The expected day rate is £300 a day for an 8 - 8.5 hour day.
